What is covered
- Manufacturing defects in the door leaf, frame, and hardware supplied with the door
- Issues with locks and hinges that arise from normal residential use
- Finish or alignment problems present at installation and reported within the warranty period
What is not covered
- Damage from misuse, forced entry attempts, or improper modification
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, or corrosion from lack of maintenance
- Doors installed by third parties without prior approval
How to make a claim
Contact us with your order reference, door model, photos of the issue, and date of installation. Our team will inspect and advise on repair or replacement where applicable.
